PLEASE NOTE: Your valid credit card address must be on your order form to validate your order as no orders will be dispatched without this information, if you require a diffrent delivery address ensure both are included on your order form.

All major credit cards accepted. In some circumstances credit card billing address if diffrent from delivery address or proof of identity may be required. (you will be requested to fax to us if required)

Telephone lines open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm to place your order direct with our sales team, other times please fax us on (01260) 290400, or leave a message via our answering service on the same number and we will call you back the next working day.

We accept cheque's made payable to Compusatellite (Please allow five working days to clear for orders over £50.00).

All prices in our Shopping centre, are showing including and excluding V.A.T.

All prices are in U.K. Sterling and Euro's.

All orders sent out will have receipt of purchase. Please keep this safe as this is your guarantee. (normal manufacturers 12 months from date of purchase, some products carry a three years see shopping pages)

New products normally have 12 months guarantee (second hand items 3 months guarantee).

All goods have a full 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product. They must be returned in original packaging before refund is issued (carriage is not refundable)

Any goods returned for repairs or exchange, carriage is not refundable.

Any goods returned as faulty that after check out and soak test by out technican are found not to be faulty will be returned with a report. (carriage is not refundable)

All goods returned for exchange under warranty must be returned before a replacement is issued in original packaging. Carriage must be paid by the sender, and must be properly insured for loss or damage if necessary.

All products are subject to avilability.

You must be 16 years of age or over to place your order.

Official Viewing cards are covered by the program providers warranty, any cards suspected of been faulty must be returned to us for testing, and if they are faulty they will be replace by the program providers. Compusatellite is not in control of satellite transmissions. So if a channel stops broadcasting it is not our responsibility.

We do not supply pirate viewing cards so please do not ask.

Goods returned that are not required are subject to a 30% restocking charge, and must be returned unused and in original packing.

Saturday deliveries are subject to a supplement.

Please note refurbished digiboxes are not supplied with a satellite dish.

None of the above will affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please note we will not deliver to post office box numbers.

If these products develope any faults and require repair. The U.K. repair agents will not honour guarantee or undertake any repairs or even look at it.
